Julia Ciarlo Hammond has joined the Richmond office of Eckert Seamans Cherin and Mellott LLC as a senior manager in the Government Affairs Group. McJunkin has joined Baker Donelson's Financial Institutions Group in the Washington, DC, office. Janet G. Murrell has joined AJS Law in Wytheville as an associate.
